Berg’s collegiate career at Fresno State University was tremendous. With a career batting average of .278 combined with 212 hits, 36 doubles, 8 triples, and 82 RBIs, Berg found herself ranked among the top softball players to ever wear a Bulldog jersey. Her accomplishments earned her NCAA All-Regional selection numerous times and the coveted Fresno State Golden Glove Award. After three Olympic Festivals and ASA All-American honors, Berg hung up her amateur cleats and began a long career as a professional in the sport of softball. In 1999, she was named the WPSL Defensive Player of the Year and in 2000, she won the WPSL crown as a member of the Florida Wahoos. Known for her defensive prowess and smooth technique, Berg brings experience and modesty to the PFX Tour.

- Played for the Southern California Players in the 1997 ASA Women's Major Fast Pitch National Championship where they finished tied for fifth.
- Participated in the 1994 U.S. Olympic Festival in St. Louis, MO where her East team captured the gold medal

- Named as a second-team ASA All-American in 1997
