As the only three-time All-American from the Oklahoma State University softball program, Foutch has had an impressive career in softball since she first laced up her cleats. In 1998, Foutch led the Cowgirls to the NCAA College World Series where her team was one of the last four standing. Foutch is one of few women who can boast of a successful professional career in softball to date. In 2000, after her tenure at Oklahoma State, she began playing for the former Ohio Pride and has never given up her professional dreams. In the PFX, she has found an opportunity to build a foundation for the future of softball!

- 2002 - Participated in the Canada Cup as a member on one of the 2002 National teams
- 1999 - Participated in the Canada Cup as a member of the Team Texas ASA squad
- 1999 - Runner-up in Canada Cup Home Run Derby

- 2003 - Participated in the 2003 and 2004 MLB All-Star and Celebrity Softball game earning the Web Gem of the week on a diving catch at third base.
- 2003 - Toured with the NPF All-star Team an official Development partner of MLB Appearing in over 12 Major League Parks. Lead the NPF All-Stars while on tour with a (.418) BA. Also led the team in Games Played (23) Runs (14) Hits (28) Doubles (6) HR (4) RBI (20) TB (46) SLG% (.687) BB (13)
- 2001 - Played for the WPSL All-Stars that faced the WPSL Gold on the Tour of Fastpitch Champions. Led the team in home runs (4) and RBI (14)
- 2000 - WPSL All-Star and League Home Run Champion as member of the Ohio Pride
- 2000 - Earned Second place to the Florida Wahoos in the WPSL Championships for the Ohio Pride
