Weed attended Rider University where she was Captain of the Broncs softball team for two years. Earning All-Tournament Team selection for the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, All-MAAC recognition, and the distinguished honor of being selected to the All-MAAC Academic team four times, Weed led the conference in doubles and sacrifice bunts her senior year. Weed currently is the Director of Softball at Diamond Player Development located in Hamilton, New Jersey, a business she founded to help teach young girls about fast pitch softball. Known for her speed and leadership abilities, Weed brings a quiet confidence and professionalism to the game.
